Also, from what I heard reported in the media, there appeared to be a lot of nastiness and back-biting between fellow twitters - did I really want to open my ramblings to critique?
Still, having heard of more and more people signing up to Twitter I did a little bit of investigation as I was worried that I might have been missing a trick! It finally occurred to me that perhaps there was a Twitter audience for some of the things that I talk about on this blog, whether is it buying a house in France or some of the lovely places we have visited on our travels. So, it’s early days, just like it is for this blog, but let’s see where it goes – if it goes anywhere!
Being November we arrived in Vannes in the dark and never got to see it in the daylight during the whole of our stay. It was a pity as Vannes is (from what we could see in the street lighting) a beautiful old walled medieval town with many timber-framed houses at its centre. Hopefully we will get back there to explore it during the daytime in the future – though we did get to try our first Breton crêpes for main course and dessert!
